Tea Tree Essential Oil

Tea Tree essential oil was first discovered and extracted from the leaves of a plant native to Australia, and has a camphor-like scent. Aborigines crushed the leaves and used it for many centuries to heal the skin. Renowned for its powerful antifungal, antibacterial properties, it helps fight such as foot and nail.

It is also a key ingredient in most anti-acne products, and its application on wounds encouraging swift healing.

A few drops of Tea Tree oil, added to hair oil or shampoo immediately invigorates the scalp and reduces itchiness and dandruff. When used in a diffuser, the oil helps boost the immune system. Tea Tree’s bacteria-fighting properties make it a prominent ingredient to counter odor in natural deodorants. Combined with other natural ingredients, it is effective as an insect repellent as well.

How to Use

Add essential oil to a base oil before applying on skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Do not ingest; the oil is for topical use only. Always do a patch test before use. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a health professional before use.

HOW TO USE

For skin

Add essential oil to a base oil OR Aloe Vera gel before applying on skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Do not ingest; the oil is for topical use only

For Hair

Add few drops of essential oil in hair oil, massage on scalp for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also add few drops in your favourite shampoo to enhance the shampoo’s therapeutic properties.

For Wellness

Add water in diffuser and 4 to 8 drops of essential oil or as per your room size.

For Massage

Take 1 drop each of any 3 essential oils, add to 1 teaspoon carrier oil

Add 8 to 10 drops in bath tub or bucket
